if you missed tonight's performance by crystal ponzio, all i can say is, i am very sorry for you.
it was amazing.
i have known crystal for a while now- i've sung with her and was fortunate enough to wake up to her beautiful voice many mornings while we were roommates- so her talent was never in question, but to hear her backed by a full band, singing and playing in her full glory, was truly awe-inspiring.
i don't think any of us, the people who packed kenny's to cheer and support her, expected such a movingly spectacular show.
i'm not even ashamed to admit that i cried. twice.
she was and is a total superstar.
