almost made
okay, i am late getting this up but if you are in new york, GO SEE THIS PLAY.
i don't say that lightly (can you tell?).
it is genuinely incredible.
yes- it is a friend's play (louie liberti is both writer and star [it's a one-man show]), and yes, it is directed by one of the greatest, most influential mentors i've had in my life (the amazing d.w. brown), but remarkably, if i had never known any of the people involved, i would still urge you to go.
the writing, the acting, and the directing are impeccable.
after a successful run in l.a., it is here in the city until dec. 3.
go, go, go.
