page formatting

So the formatting on this page is messed up. Bruno is not supposed to consistently appear on the upper right hand side of this page. Nor are gray boxes supposed to cover text as one scans down the page. My profile is not supposed to appear at the very bottom of the page, either. I'm not really sure how to fix this, though. Eventually I'll have time to figure it out but in the meantime, does anyone out there have any helpful tips?
